Job Description:

CUNJC is seeking a Business Outreach Specialist for the planning, organising, and promoting the activities in terms of industrial cooperation and incubation space. We need you to assist in the expansion of external cooperation of scientific research and industry. You need to facilitate the introduction, settlement arrangement and incubation service for related institutions. Supporting alumni affairs and relevant liaison work are also included in the scope.

• In charge of the planning, organising, and promoting the activities related to industrial cooperation and incubation space.
• Assist in the business outreach, follow-up, and execution of external scientific research and industrial cooperation.
• Assist in the introduction of institutions to expand CUNJC’s incubation space, facilitating the settlement of enterprises and following up the incubation service.
• Assist in establishing the contact and maintaining the regular communication with alumni and alumni organisations, enriching the alumni information database, enhancing the connection between alumni enterprises and CUNJC, and promoting the external cooperation.
• Coordinate and handle reception work for visitors.
• Complete other assigned tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above (preferably STEM).
• 3-5 years or more of experience in business development and external liaison, with preference given to those with experience in multi-national companies, or technology or economic columnists in media industry.
• Fluent in spoken English (mandatory).
• Proficient in document writing, news press composing, and PPT work (mandatory).
• Extraverted personality, strong communication skills, proven experience in market expansion, sales, or external liaison with good work performance.
• Strong initiative, familiarity with business reception etiquette, and excellent coordination skills.
