Job Description

1. Cooperate with the Fellow Research Group of the Cambridge University to conduct forward-looking basic and applied research, and lead the team to plan and carry out work at the Cambridge University - Nanjing Center of Technology and Innovation;
2. Using genetic engineering, cell engineering, and microbial engineering, and combining with the application principles of cell biology of materials, develop the application of Engineered living materials in the field of intelligent diagnosis and treatment, etc.;
3. Develop and implement the experimental plan according to the specific project requirements, realize the project establishment, evaluation and execution, and be responsible for the establishment and optimization of the experimental platform, daily maintenance and management;
4. According to the implementation and development of specific projects, be responsible for document sorting, project declaration, patent and paper writing, etc.

Job Qualification

1. Doctoral degree in microbiology, molecular biology, bioengineering, biochemical engineering and related majors, returnees and post-doctoral fellows are preferred, with working experience in related fields, article publishing and patent application experience;
2. Possess solid molecular biology, genetic engineering (such as primer design, PCR, enzyme digestion, connection, etc.) and other theories and skills, and have rich work experience in protein recombinant expression in vitro;
3. Possess solid microbiology and microbial cultivation theories, technologies and methods, be able to independently design research and development plans, implement research and development plans, and have a strong ability to analyze and solve problems;
4. Possess good English proficiency and strong data retrieval, analysis, arrangement and writing skills, strong learning ability, flexible and open research ideas, and able to perform multi-line tasks;
5. Have good leadership and execution ability, strong sense of work responsibility and teamwork experience.
